Technical Support Team Leader

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 

  • Monitor queues and assist with daily goals and conduct quality control to reduce errors and improve procedures;
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day activities and ensure adherence to company’s standards in project execution methodology, requirements gathering, quality assurance and continuous improvement;
  • Provide technical and operational leadership with a focus Decta technologies/products;
  • Recommend, establish and implement policies to ensure quality, timely and efficient design of customer-oriented services;
  • Work effectively with other teams implementing strategies to increase profitability, productivity and overall client experience;
  • Handle high-priority customer issues in a timely manner and escalate to senior management as needed.

Knowledge & Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer-related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse client groups, with ability to manage concurrent initiatives and use effective judgement in prioritization and time management;
  • Candidate must be goal-oriented, have excellent communication skills, good ability to multitask to allow delivery of IT solutions. Have high sense of responsibility, be customer service oriented and a team player;
  • Experience with understanding of modern IT technologies. Advanced proficiency and expertise across multiple technical areas and business segments including but not limited to: payments and payment card industry, data management, network.
  • Knowledge of English, Latvian and Russian is obligatory.

System Analyst

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 

  • Devise ways to add new functionality to existing computer systems;
  • Analyze information system requirements and develop technical requirements and specifications;
  • Improve and develop existing technologies;
  • Implement new systems/products by choosing and configuring software;
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems;
  • Develop and maintain project documentation;
  • Ensure information system and service quality.

Knowledge & Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer-related field;
  • Strong analytical skills to understand business processes, systems and data requirements;
  • Experience in IT project management;
  • Proven ability of defining and documenting IT requirements;
  • Expertise in payment card industry and/or financial accounting will be considered as advantage;
  • Be initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of languages (English, Latvian, Russian) is a must.

System Administrator

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 

  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all systems components and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs;
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions;
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request;
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.  Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies;
  • Responsible for system management, patch management;
  • Participation in the continuous development in IT projects;
  • Implementation and system configuration in accordance with the best practices in the industry;
  • Setting up new applications.

Knowledge & Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer-related field preferred but not mandatory;
  • Basic knowledge of Unix;
  • Experience with supporting and troubleshooting software/hardware;
  • Expertise in payment industry and/or financial accounting is an advantage;
  • Be initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Support Specialist

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service in a collaborative environment with a keen focus on helping people resolve issues and problems as the first point of contact at the Help Desk;
  • Troubleshoot or escalate issues as appropriate, in a timely manner while communicating clearly and proactively throughout the customer's experience until resolved;
  • Company's workstations maintenance;
  • Maintain IT inventory list and user access list. 

Knowledge & Experience

 

  • IT background;
  • Responsible to the tasks given;
  • Goal oriented and very organised personality;
  • Good communication skills and knowledge of English, Latvian and Russian languages.

  • Set individual sales targets
  • Attract potential customers
  • Establish relationships with potential customers
  • Sell company`s products to customers
  • Provide customers with information about company`s products
  • Meet and negotiate with potential customers
  • Prepare regular sales reports
  • Prepare and monitor budgets
  • Conduct market research, as well as competitor and customer analysis
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
  • Attend trade meetings and industry conventions

 

Knowledge & Experience

 

  • Business degree or related professional qualification
  • Strong organizational and sales driving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 1 year previous experience in product sales
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work autonomously without supervising

Technical Support Specialist (day and evening shift)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service in a collaborative environment with a keen focus on helping people resolve issues and problems as the first point of contact at the Help Desk.

  • Bachelor degree or under-graduate (Finances, IT)
  • Good knowledge of English, Russian and Latvian

Account Manager (Customer Relations)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 

  • Perform customers` verification and further on-boarding process
  • Provide customers with information about company`s products and offer new products to existing portfolio
  • Conclude contracts with customers
  • Day-by-day communication with customers
  • Organize meetings with new/existing customers
  • Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships
  • Continuous improvement of customer relationship process

Knowledge & Experience

 

  • Business degree or related professional qualification
  • High level of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 1-year previous experience in customers’ relationship management
  • Fluent English and Russian, other language is an advantage
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • To use own initiative, set priorities and make decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and a pressure environment
